Harvested from two sites in Oliver, this Syrah (harvested from Oliver and Penticton) was aged 10 months in French, American and Slovonian oak before bottling.
Fresh cherry and blackberry aromas are layered with wet earth, white pepper, vanilla, cocoa, violets, baking spices and espresso aromas. The palate shows notable freshness and juicy red berry flavours mixed with cloves, pepper, campfire and earth. It's medium bodied and restrained.
